I am very excited to get this crew into action. I am sending home pink letters to students that were selected. We will be having our first meeting Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 2:15-3:15pm after school. Students that were selected will need to wait in class until all buses are called and then it will be announced to walk to my room (D403). Do not leave the room until you hear the announcement.
At this meeting we will be getting to know each other with some games, go over the goals and expectations of being a member of the Recycling Crew, and dividing into teams. You need to have a ride home at 3:15. Please do not ask your teachers to call about this during the school day, EVER! Have your ride arranged before coming to school. We do not provide transportation home after meetings. If possible, carpool with friends and neighbors.
This is a very important meeting and attendance is required unless you have talked with me individually. Pay attention to WKIS News for Recycling Crew information. Bring the half of the pink letter that your parent signed with you to our meeting in Thursday (10/17/13).
